How do I reserve the pub?
To check availability or reserve your date, contact us directly by phone, email, or through our website contact form.
We recommend booking early, especially for peak wedding season and fall weekends.
How long is the rental period?
Our standard rental includes approximately 24 hours.
We typically deliver the pub the morning or afternoon of your event depending on scheduling and availability, then return the following day for pickup.

Does the pub come with alcohol?
No — The Rolling Pint is a BYOB experience.
Due to liability reasons, we do not provide alcohol. Guests are responsible for purchasing their own kegs, beer, wine, or liquor.
The pub comes fully equipped with taps, gas, and connections already installed.
How many taps are included?
The Irish pub includes:

We provide all gas and tap connections needed for setup.
Do you provide bartenders?
We do not provide bartending services directly, but we’re happy to recommend local bartenders and catering companies for your event.

Is there heating and air conditioning?
Yes — the pub is equipped with remote-controlled heating and air conditioning systems to keep guests comfortable year-round.
The Irish pub also includes an electric fireplace for added atmosphere.
Can guests watch TV inside the pub?
Absolutely. The Pub includes a Smart TV and its own Wi‑Fi system so guests can stream sporting events, music, or entertainment during your event.
Perfect for game days and watch parties.
Where can the pub be parked?
The pub must be placed on a flat, accessible surface such as a driveway, parking pad, or private event space.
The pub cannot be placed on public streets or areas without proper approval.

What is your delivery range?
We offer complimentary delivery within our standard service radius.
Additional delivery fees may apply depending on mileage, tolls, and travel time outside the service area.

Do you offer tailgate rentals?
At this time, we do not offer traditional tailgate rentals.
However, we may be able to accommodate certain private sports-related events depending on location and setup requirements.
What is your cancellation policy?
Payment is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 3–6 days before the event will forfeit a $500 deposit fee.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation are non-refundable.
